Exchanging articles
You can exchange articles within 14 days. There is only one condition that applies, namely that the articles have not been used and are returned in their original state. Of course, you can always try on articles of clothing.
You can return an article and specify the new article of your choice. Don’t forget to include the return form in your return parcel. That will enable us to process your return parcel as quickly as possible.
Is the article of your choice more expensive? That is not a problem. You can still exchange it. Simply specify the article of your choice on the return form and we will determine whether or not we have the article in stock. We will contact you if this is not the case.
If you wish to exchange an article, then you are to cover the costs of returning it. We will then send you the new parcel free of charge.
Pack up the article along with the return form and bring the parcel to the post office. Send your return parcel to:

Returning articles
Should an article not meet your expectations, then you may return it within 14 days, provided the article has not been used and is returned to us, postage paid, in its original packaging.
We will immediately reimburse you for the costs of the articles. This is only possible if we have the bill as well, stating your bank account number or credit card number. Always include a copy of the cash slip or bill in your return parcel.
