Cancellation Policy
You shall be entitled to revoke the agreement within one month without giving any reasons by notice in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or, if you have received the goods before the period has expired, by returning the goods.
The revocation period shall begin to run after receipt of these terms and conditions, but in any event no earlier than the goods have been received by the customer and also not before the fulfillment of our duties of information referred to article 245 § 2 in connection with § 1 break 1 and 2 EGBGB so as our duties referred to § 312e break 1 sentence 1 BGB in connection with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. In order to comply with the revocation period it shall be sufficient for the revocation or the item in question to have been posted within this period.

In the event of a valid revocation, any services or products received, and any profit derived therefrom, if any, such as interest, shall be returned. In the event that you are unable to return the services or products received in their entirety or at all, or where you can only return them in a deteriorated state, then you will be liable to pay compensation to us accordingly.
This does not apply for items being delivered if the deterioration of the item is exclusively due to the product testing, as it would have been, if you had looked at the item in a retail shop.
If you use the item according to its specifications / determination you will not be held responsible of any replacement upon deterioration. You may avoid an obligation for reimbursement of value, if you do not take possession of the item as if you were the owner and if you refrain from doing anything which might adversely affect the value of the item.
When he exercises the right of revocation, the consumer is obliged to make return shipment of the thing, if it can be sent by parcel. Costs and risk of return shipment are borne by the entrepreneur in cases of revocation and return.
Liabilities of reimbursement of the payment have to be complied within 30days. The revocation period shall begin to run with your dispatch of your cancellation request or the item in question. For us it starts with our receipt of the same.
